The indoor arena features a spacious 80 x 200 foot, heated and ventilated riding area, Airfoot ™ footing, sound and public address systems, two elevated galleries for spectators, a climate-controlled lounge with full kitchen and picture windows for viewing riders, four bathrooms, an office and generous storage areas.

Connected to the arena by an open arcade, “A” barn features ten stalls, two grooming bays complete with radiant panel dryers, two dressing rooms, each with restroom and shower, three additional restrooms, a groom’s lounge with sleeping loft, two tack rooms, laundry facilities, a large storage loft and, just outside the door, a walk-through equine therapy pool.

“B” barn provides ten more stalls, another grooming bay, a tack storage room, and a separate hay storage building.
